Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you fall in love with your piece.
But if something doesn’t feel right, you have options 💛

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.

You then have a further 30 days to return the item to us.

Returns (Online Orders)

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

In-Store Exchanges (Showroom – Dublin City Centre)

If you prefer, you can also exchange your online order in person at our showroom based in Dublin city centre.

Just bring:

  • The item in its original condition

  • Your order confirmation email

We’ll be happy to help you find something you love even more 🤍

(Refunds for online orders will still be processed to the original payment method.)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece (we’re human, it can happen!), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Under Irish consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty or not as described.

In this case, we will of course cover any additional shipping costs.

Exchanges

Because we believe in circular fashion, we love exchanges even more than returns ♻️

If you’d like to swap your item for something else:

Customers cover the return shipping, and once we receive your original piece, we’ll send your replacement free of charge (subject to availability).

By choosing an exchange, you’re helping reduce unnecessary transport and supporting a more conscious fashion cycle — and we truly appreciate that 💚
